CEW&SA only accepts MasterCard and Visa - there is a $2.00 convenience fee for the transaction.

Scheduling a payment is not a payment arrangement.  Late fees and disconnect fees still apply.  Payments must be received by 4:00 pm on the due date to avoid a late fee.

When selecting draft date for auto pay, select a date after your Billing Cycles mail date but at least 2 to 3 days before your Billing Cycles due date.
